How do I order?

Ordering at is easy. Just select the items you want & add them to your cart.  Enter your shipping address and payment information before you proceed to payment.   

Do I need to create an account on to place an order?

No, it’s not a mandate to create an account for placing order on However, we recommend you to create an account before placing an order. It will provide benefits like loyalty points and special offers to registered consumers. 

My email address has changed. How do I update this information on my current account?

Click on ‘My Account’, enter your username and the password and login to your account. Click Account Information and change the displayed email address and save the record. 

What is the benefit of creating an account on

There are various benefits of creating an account on, some of the benefits are loyalty points, marketing information on promotions and products, special offers to registered customers. 

You will also need not to input the address for every new order unless there is a change in address. You can also log in, review the order history of all the transactions done on that account.

Can I place the order online and pick up my order from your dealer store which is nearest to me?

You cannot place the online order and collect the product offline from the dealer store. All orders placed online will be sent directly to the shipping address mentioned while placing the order. 

How do I track my order once it is placed?

Step 1: You will receive an order confirmation via Email and SMS on the registered email address and Phone Number. 

Step 2: As soon as the order is shipped you will receive another email and SMS on your registered number with the tracking details. 

You can also log into your account and view the order status and shipping details if already shipped. 

I am unsure of my size, which size do I order?  

We provide a stoma measurement guide and product selection guide on our product pages. Please refer to these guides to help you make the right size or product selection. Alternatively, you can call Coloplast Consumer Care number (1800-102-0550, 0120-407-1300) between Monday-Friday (9:00AM-6:00PM). 

I want to place bulk orders or need some specific products, who do I contact?

Bulk orders can’t be placed through In case of any specific ostomy products, you can write to us on our contact page (Contact us), and we will assist you with information based on the query.

What is the delivery timeline for my order?

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Our ship from Mumbai by air and usually gets delivered within 3-4 business days in Metros and 6-7 business days in Non-metros depending on the delivery PIN code, provided there are no unforeseen events and embargoes which are beyond our logistics partner's contro6


What are the payment options that I can avail of while placing an order?

Currently, the following payment options are available and enabled. You can select your preferred option during the checkout process.

Payments are accepted through a certified third-party payment gateway. Currently, all Visa and Master credit and debit cards are accepted. 

How do I know that my credit/ debit card payment is safe?

Payments are accepted through a certified third-party payment gateway. This payment gateway is certified for all security aspects. 

Transactions on the website are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption using a 1024-bit process. Any information you enter when transacting with the webstore is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional disclosure to third parties. This is an assurance that it follows the best security practices adopted by major online vendors where all payments are processed in real-time for your security and immediate peace of mind. 

Credit card and debit card information is not stored by us and is not taken by us. This information is taken directly by the payment gateway provided who is authorised and is compliant with the regulations and requirements of various banks and institutions and payment franchisees that it is associated with. 

What do I do if my payment fails?

In case of a payment failure, please retry and ensure information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking), and that your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.  If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. You can write to us on our contact page with your order number for any clarification. 

Can I pay through net banking? What is the procedure?

Yes, one can pay through net banking. You need to select net banking as an option on the checkout page and you will be redirected to the payment gateway. You will need to select net banking and the bank you wish to pay from and make the payment. 

Does offer an EMI option? 

Yes, we offer an EMI option for multiple banks ICICI Bank , Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra and IndusInd Bank Credit Cards only for orders above Rs.3000/-.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option? 

No, we don't offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. 


Can I change my order once it has been placed?

We don’t accept changes in the order once they are placed. However, if changes are communicated within 24 hours, we might be able to make the change in the order or the address of delivery. These changes are at the sole discretion of Net Distribution Services Pvt. Ltd. For the same, please write to us through the contact us with your name, order number, order date, and your mobile number.  

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 4 Hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, kindly write to us through the contact us with your name, order number, order date, and your mobile number. Our team will revert and confirm the cancellation. 

When and how will I get my refund in case of cancellation of order or product return?

Refunds are credited back to the same instrument that was debited at the time of making the order payment. The process generally takes 7-14 working days depending on the bank and the payment gateway. does not have influence on the timelines except for processing the refund. The refund will be credited back between 7-14 days after the processing or until your next billing cycle in case it’s a credit card. 

You will receive email intimation from about the processing of the refund. You will need to contact your bank or credit card issuer for refund status. 

What is your exchange policy? 

Once products are delivered to you as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible.  

In case you receive incorrect product(s) or product(s) with a manufacturing defect, then the product(s) can be exchanged. For the same, please contact customer service via email within 14 days of the delivery along with images of the delivered product (Please ensure that the size of the email does not exceed above 2 MB). 

All damaged products or products not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return/exchange authorization number, and in unopened, saleable condition, otherwise the same will not taken back. 

Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products. 

Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your damaged package or an item not as per your order, for your exchange request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete. 

What if the products ordered by me are out of stock?

 All products shown on the web store are products in stock. In an exceptional case where the product ordered by you gets out of stock, the same will be communicated to you within 2 business days and a refund will be processed immediately in case you wish to cancel the order.  


Where all does deliver?

We deliver across the country to over 12000 pin codes. These deliveries are made through reputed courier companies. Since there is a constant addition of pin codes, the exact number might vary from time to time. 

What is the delivery timeline for my order? 

The general delivery timeline is x to x business days (metro cities) and x to x business days (non-metro cities) depending on the delivery address pin code.

How will I know whether I can get delivery in the areas where I live? 

Deliveries are made through third-party courier companies. All deliverable pin codes are pre-populated in the backend. 


Is there a charge for delivery?

No there is no charge for delivery currently. Delivery is free for all orders across India.

What if I'm not home to receive my order?

We use third-party courier companies for deliveries. Most Courier companies generally attempt 3 times to deliver the products. They also leave a note for a call back in case the door is unanswered. The courier company itself may leave an intimation for you or may call you to check for a time convenient to deliver, in case they don’t find you at home. Please contact the courier company at the earliest and give them a delivery time that will suit your schedule. 

Do you offer international shipping? 

No, we don’t offer international shipping.
